Eazy is seeking a user-centric UI/UX Designer to craft engaging web and mobile experiences. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces while building and maintaining design systems.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into intuitive user journeys. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience, a strong visual sensibility, and a solid understanding of front-end basics such as HTML/CSS/JS.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field.
Minimum 2 years hands-on UI/UX design experience.
UI/UX certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and user-centric UI/UX Designer who can create engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing digital experiences across our web and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a deep understanding of user behaviour, and the ability to transform business requirements into seamless, delightful user experiences. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Prototyping

Design user-friendly wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products
Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys

User Research & Iteration

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience
Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business requirements
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-focused design solutions aligned with business objectives
Translate business requirements into seamless, intuitive user experiences
Present and articulate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership

Skills & Competencies

Required Skills

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
Excellent visual design, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with design systems, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset
Ability to convert complex business and technical requirements into engaging, user-friendly designs

Qualifications & Experience
