Responsibilities

• Own the End-to-End Design Parts for multiple products.
• Create and maintain Scalable Design Systems across our 50+ apps.
• Build consistency with Figma variables, Auto Layout, Color Tokens and Typography Rules.
• Design Micro-Interactions that make the product feel alive.
• Translate Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design System into practical, beautiful solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life in production.
• Mentor junior designers; share best practices, review work and raise the bar.
• Balance speed with craft: Ship Fast and Always Improve.

What We Expect

• 3+ Years of Hands-on Experience in Product Design or UI/UX.
• A portfolio that shows Real Products, Not Just Concepts.
• Advanced skills in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Prototyping).
• Deep knowledge of Typography and Color Systems—because details matter.
• Comfort with Multi-platform Design (iOS, Android, Web).
• Familiarity with Framer or other no-code website design tools.
• Ability to Scale Design Systems across multiple apps without losing personality.
• Strong understanding of HIG and Material Design principles.
• Clear communication skills; you explain your design choices simply.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with UX Research, User testing and Data-Driven Design.
• Motion design or advanced prototyping.
• Knowledge of Design Tokens and automation workflows.
