Job summary

Elevatoz Loyalty Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on UI/UX & Creative Designer to translate business requirements into clean, intuitive visual experiences across product UI/UX, client programs, sales and marketing collateral.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Client Servicing, Technology, Product/PMO and Business Development to support Elevatoz and enterprise-client needs, delivering wireframes, prototypes and polished visuals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, digital design or visual communication.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Figma.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to design both digital interfaces and business/marketing collateral.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, information hierarchy, visual consistency and usability.

About The Role:

Elevatoz is looking for a hands-on UI/UX & Creative Designer who can translate business requirements into clean, intuitive and professional visual experiences. This is not a role limited to social-media creatives or graphic design. You will work across product UI/UX, client programs, sales and marketing collateral, presentations, campaigns and digital communication. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Client Servicing, Technology, Product/PMO and Business Development teams, supporting both Elevatoz and enterprise-client requirements.

What You Will Do:

UI/UX & Product Design

• Translate business requirements and briefs into simple, usable UI/UX flows.
• Design screens and user journeys for loyalty programs, engagement platforms, traceability solutions and other digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, screen flows, interfaces and prototypes using Figma.
• Improve information hierarchy, navigation, calls-to-action and overall usability across participant and client facing journeys.
• Work with Technology and Product teams to ensure designs are practical and implementation ready.
• Modify and enhance existing interfaces based on client or internal feedback.

Client & Business Design Support

• Create UI screens, banners, program communication creatives and visual assets for enterprise-client programs.
• Support Client Servicing teams with fast, accurate design requirements.
• Develop visual material for client demos, app walkthroughs, proposals and presentations.
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple client programs while working within individual brand guidelines.

Marketing & Brand Creative

• Design high-quality pitch decks, credentials presentations, brochures and sales collateral.
• Create campaign banners, event creatives, digital communication assets and corporate branding material.
• Support internal and external communication requirements including presentation templates, virtual meeting backgrounds and business collateral.
• Ensure Elevatoz-facing communication follows brand standards and is professional and presentation-ready

Design Systems & Execution

• Build and maintain reusable UI components, templates, presentation formats and creative assets.
• Organise design files and maintain a structured repository for future reuse.
• Manage multiple parallel design requirements and deliver priority assignments within agreed timelines.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly while avoiding unnecessary rework.
• Take ownership of assigned work from brief through final delivery.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design, digital design or visual communication.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Figma.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to design both digital interfaces and business/marketing collateral.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, information hierarchy, visual consistency and usability.
• Ability to understand business requirements rather than simply execute design instructions.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work effectively across functions.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
• A portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX work and visual/creative design is essential.
