Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is looking for a Senior UI React Engineer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to design and deliver scalable enterprise frontend applications across teams.

You will own reusable component architecture, drive React performance optimizations, implement TanStack Query strategies, and collaborate with backend and quality teams to ensure robust UI delivery and smooth CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in React, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with Redux and TanStack Query.
• Hands-on with React Hooks, React Maps, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise frontend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable React enterprise applications aligned with business and engineering goals.
• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
• Define reusable React component architecture and scalable frontend integration strategies.
• Drive implementation of reusable React Hooks and scalable component-driven architecture patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Lead Redux state management implementation across enterprise frontend applications.
• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Implement TanStack Query (React Query) strategies for optimized asynchronous data handling and caching.
