Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior React Developer to design, build, and optimize modern web applications with a strong focus on usability, scalability, performance, and maintainability. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in React, JavaScript or TypeScript, component-driven architecture, state management, and front-end engineering best practices. This role also requires technical leadership, close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams, and active mentoring of junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, reusable, and high-quality front-end applications using React.
• Translate business and user requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable UI solutions.
• Build reusable components, shared libraries, and front-end patterns for consistent development across applications.
• Optimize application performance using techniques such as memoization, lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient rendering strategies.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• Implement robust state management solutions using tools such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent patterns.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards are met.
• Write unit, integration, and component tests to improve reliability and maintainability.
• Review code, enforce development standards, and drive best practices in architecture, testing, and performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in front-end or web application development.
