Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of front-end developers, UX designer ensuring the successful delivery

of high-quality UI solutions.

Define and drive the overall UI strategy, aligning design objectives with business goals

Oversee the end-to-end UI design process, from requirement gathering to wireframing,

prototyping, and final implementation.

Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business

requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Stay updated on the latest UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in the team.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and

creative work environment.

Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and

backend components.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in UI development and front-end development, with at least 5+ years in

a management or leadership role.
