JOB DESCRIPTION- Only Bangalore local candidates

Position: UI/EDS Consultant

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years

General Skills:

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with any known CMS with functional knowledge of template editor and content author roles
• Understanding of content authoring and ensuring usability and intuitiveness for a content author

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in responsive design and mobile first application design
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, or other design tools such as Sketch or Figma
• Expertise in Design systems, Style guides, Pattern libraries
• Expertise in front-end development, especially JAM stack
• In-depth knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, with BEM methodology preferred
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and ES6+
• Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG) guidelines
• Deep understanding of core web vitals and web performance optimization
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, NPM, Babel)
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Atomic design paradigm
• Familiarity with Micro Front End concepts
• Experience with Headless implementation
