Nitor is seeking a UI Architect with extensive experience in React.js to define the front-end architecture for large-scale applications, build scalable and reusable UI components, and set engineering standards across products.

You will lead design systems, collaborate with product, UX and backend teams, mentor engineers, and drive performance, accessibility and security practices in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This role demands strong technical leadership and hands-on coding excellence.

Qualifications

• Expert in React.js (Hooks, Functional Components, Lifecycle Management).
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript.
• Experience in UI component library development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid.
• 10+ years of overall UI/front-end development experience.
• Proven experience as a UI Architect or Lead Front-End Engineer.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the front-end architecture for large-scale web applications.
• Design scalable, modular, and reusable UI component libraries.
• Establish UI design systems, component standards, and coding guidelines.
• Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms.
• Build and maintain high-quality React.js applications using modern practices.
• Develop shared component libraries (Storybook, design tokens, theming).
• Ensure components are configurable, testable, and version-controlled.
• Implement advanced state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Mentor and guide UI developers and senior engineers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Work closely with UX designers to translate designs into scalable components.
• Collaborate with backend teams to define API contracts and data flows.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and device responsiveness.
• Improve UI performance using lazy loading, code splitting, memoization.

UI Architecture & Strategy

• Define and own the front-end architecture for large-scale web applications

React.js & Component Development
