Qualifications

• Must have a strong & proven background in React, Node JS, PostgresQL, GraphQL preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant software industry experience.
• Prior proven experience as a UI architect is critical.
• In-depth understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Ability to do end-to-end performance tuning.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with team members.
• Excellent knowledge of version control tools (Git) and CI.
• Experience in Construction Technology industry is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• As an UI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and architecting innovative user interface solutions based on React, Node Js & other technologies
• You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Lead the front end development team to build necessary feature functions in a scalable way
• Develop best practices for software development and help team members adopt it
• Help drive technology roadmap considering the product vision
• Help build a user interface with great user experience for a SaaS product built for the construction industry
• Work closely with product management, UX designers and executive management to envision & define the User Interfaces
• Make trade-offs as necessary to make sure architecture is defined appropriately considering usability, deployment & maintenance
• Research new technologies and solutions based on roadmap and present the findings along with pros/cons & recommendations
• Perform random code reviews to ensure that the developers adhere to the specified guidelines.
• Help improve technical competency development of the team
