Job summary

Zemote is seeking a UI/UX Specialist to transform the Zemote app and website into a user-friendly interface for clients. You will create both functional and visually appealing features addressing client needs to help expand our customer base.

The role involves gathering requirements with PMs and engineers, designing wireframes, prototypes, and 3D designs, while adhering to brand style and accessibility standards. Collaboration with product teams is essential for delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience in the field of graphic designing & UI/UX designing.
• Portfolio of design projects; Knowledge of wire frame tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and In Vision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop along with 3D modelling tools like Maya, Autodesk, Rhino, 3ds max
• Necessary to have keen attention to detail, and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather & evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design GUI elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets; Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mock-ups, wireframes and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and looks like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images
• Develop and document 3D designs for new products; Review and enhance 3D designs for existing products.
• Understand project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.
• Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
• Select materials, engineering standards, and generic parts for 3D product designs.
• 2D & 3D Graphic renderings and visualisations of event environments.
