Job summary

Brand Scale - Up Inc. invites you to join as a paid internship for 2-3 months. You will feature in UGC-style videos, reels, and branded content for FMCG and D2C brands, performing product demos and storytelling with our production team from concept to final cut.

You should be confident on camera, fluent in English and Hindi, and bring your own creative instincts. Prior theatre or content-creation background is highly valued, with readiness for varying shoot hours.

• You understand UGC content and can spot a scroll-stopper vs. a skip.
• You are fluent in English and Hindi.
• You are confident on camera and can take a brief and run with it.
• You have a background in theatre or related creative fields.

If you already know what makes a UGC ad feel authentic - the pacing, the hook in the first 2 seconds, the way a good product demo doesn't feel like a pitch - basically the "not-an-ad" tone, then this role is for you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Featuring in UGC-style videos, reels, and branded content for FMCG and D2C brands
• Acting out product demos and storytelling formats
• Working closely with our production team from concept to final cut
• Bringing your own instincts, beyond reading lines; hooks, pacing, tone

Who We Want:

• You understand UGC content — you've watched enough (or made enough) to know what separates a scroll-stopper from a skip
• You're fluent in English and Hindi
• You're confident on camera and can take a brief and run with it
• Background in theatre, performing arts, content creation, visual communication, or similar (OR a strong personal Instagram/portfolio matters just as much)
• A readiness for varying shoot hours
• Bonus: you’ve made your own content before, even informally
