Job summary

Dcrayon Consultancy Pvt Ltd. in Delhi seeks a full-time on-site presenter/content creator to shoot 3–5 short videos daily across brands. You’ll work in our in-house studio, delivering natural, conversational 15–60 second content in English and Hindi.

You’ll follow briefs but add your own delivery style, with styling support provided. You should be comfortable with bulk shoots (10+ videos in a day), maintain energy and professionalism across sessions, and collaborate with the content strategist

What this role is

You will be the face and voice in short-form video content for our clients' brands. UGC (user-generated content) style, authentic, relatable, not overly polished. Think Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product reviews, testimonials, unboxings, day-in-life formats. You create the content; our editors handle the final polish.

This is a full-time, onsite position. You will shoot 3-5 videos per day across multiple brands. Some days are bulk shoot days (10+ videos in one session with outfit/set changes).

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Create short-form video content (15-60 seconds) in UGC style for client brands
• Deliver natural, conversational on-camera presence, not acting, not stiff corporate reads
• Follow scripts/briefs provided by the content team, but add your own natural delivery style
• Participate in bulk shoot sessions, multiple videos across multiple brands in a single day
• Collaborate with the content strategist on hooks, formats, and trends that are working right now
• Be comfortable with re-takes and feedback, the first take is rarely the final take
• Maintain a presentable, consistent appearance suitable for brand representation (styling support provided for shoots)

What we are looking for

• On-camera confidence: You are comfortable speaking to a camera without freezing, over-acting, or reading in a robotic tone. Natural is better than perfect.
• Communication: Clear spoken English and Hindi. You will deliver scripts in both languages. Pronunciation and clarity matter, not accent, but intelligibility.
• Reliability and professionalism: Shoots are scheduled. If you are late or absent, 5 client deliverables slip. This is a professional commitment, not a side gig.
• Comfort with volume: Some days you will shoot 10+ short videos. You need the energy and discipline to maintain quality across a full shoot day.
• Female, age 20-30: This is specified because our current client briefs require a female presenter for their target audience. This is a requirement of the role.

Work setup

• Location: Onsite at our Delhi office, Netaji Subhash Place (NSP). Shoots happen in our in-house studio and occasionally at client locations in Delhi/NCR.
• Hours: Monday to Saturday. Shoot schedule shared in advance (typically 2-3 dedicated shoot days per week, remaining days for prep/review).
• Equipment: We provide all equipment, ring lights, cameras, mics, backdrops. You bring yourself.
