Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced governance professional to lead User Access Management and SAP GRC initiatives. You will shape governance framework development, ensure SoD controls, and drive continuous improvement across SAP deployments in a global, dynamic environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with security, IT, and business stakeholders to mature access governance and compliance practices while aligning with regulatory requirements and deployment needs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in UAM, SAP Security, SAP GRC, or related governance disciplines.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP ERP/S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience crafting operating models for UAM.
• Experience governing governance frameworks and playbooks.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control processes.
• Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access controls.
• Experience cross-system SoD governance and monitoring.
• Experience driving organizational change and governance adoption.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to motivate business adoption of new processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for UAM across deployment waves.
• Deploy and monitor health checks across all deployment phases.
• Govern SAP GRC processes and SoD capabilities.
• Work with internal UAM GTO, Solution Delivery, IT Security, and stakeholders.
• Define governance requirements, decision forums, RACI models, escalation paths, and accountability models.
• Establish governance standards across SAP S/4HANA deployments and integrated applications.
• Align governance processes with evolving business, regulatory, and technology requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, deployment feedback, and governance maturity assessments.
• Define health-check stage gates with entry and exit criteria.
• Supervise health-check execution and formal tracking of findings, actions, and decisions.
• Provide transparency into deployment quality, readiness, risks, and open actions.
• Raise unresolved issues and control gaps affecting deployment success.
• Establish governance priorities, objectives, and execution plans.
• Develop a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and governance excellence.

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks for User Access Management execution across deployment waves

Requirements

• Experience supporting large-scale SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including global deployment initiatives
• Experience crafting, implementing, and governing User Access Management operating models
• Experience crafting, implementing, and governing governance frameworks and governance playbooks
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control processes
• Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access controls
• Experience with cross-system SoD governance and monitoring capabilities
• Experience driving organizational change, governance adoption, continuous improvement, and operational maturity initiatives
• Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management, including ability to influence and challenge
• Ability to motivate change and encourage business adoption of new processes and technology
