Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an experienced SAP Security and GRC professional in Bengaluru, India. The role focuses on access control, workflow troubleshooting, and governance across multiple time zones.

The candidate will work with Audit, Basis, and SAP functional teams, handling GRC integrations and provisioning concepts, with emphasis on documentation and clear communication of complex workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC (Access Control).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues (workflow, provisioning behaviors, configuration impacts).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Audit, Basis, other SAP Functional teams).
• Experience with GRC integration points (SAP backend connectivity, provisioning concepts, connectors).
• Exposure to access governance controls such as SOD concepts, role lifecycle, UAR/recertification, emergency access.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to explain complex workflow logic clearly.
• Cross team Collaboration- This role involves frequent interactions with teams across multiple time zones and locations
