Job summary

FIS Global Business Solutions India Private Ltd is seeking a senior full stack developer to design, code, test, implement, and support enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate with customers and analysts to translate business needs into robust technical solutions aligned with FIS standards.

Candidates should have strong experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C++, and cloud services, with a track record in banking and payments projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development across UI and back-end technologies.
• Banking and payments domain knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with databases such as SQL/Oracle and DynamoDB; familiarity with API Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCS) and related tools.
• Knowledge of financial services industry standards (ISO, PCI, EMV) is beneficial.

• Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with customers, business analysts and team members to understand requirements and align with IT strategies.
• Develop, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications across the full SDLC.

About the team:

What you will be doing:

Design, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.

Work closely with customers, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and complying with FIS architectural standards.

Provides application software development services or technical support typically in a defined project. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications.

What you bring:

• 6+ Years of experience in Full Stack developer with good experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, C++, JSF, AWS Lambda, NodeJS.
• Good experience in Banking and Payments domain.
• Database :- SQL/ Oracle, DynamoDB Tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, ServiceNow, GitHub
• Good experience in API Gateway.
• Good to have BPM/ Workflow Orchestration exposure.
• Good to have: Knowledge of FIS products and services; in-depth knowledge of products and services in assigned line(s) of business Exposure to Cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCS, etc.
• Knowledge of financial services industry
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
• Knowledge of standards relevant to the Payments industry, e.g., ISO, EMV, PCI, etc.
