Job summary

EY in Bengaluru is seeking a CLM specialist to help implement contract lifecycle management solutions across global teams. You will configure workflows, templates, clause libraries and dashboards, and integrate CLM platforms via REST APIs and data flows.

Ideal candidates have 4–5+ years supporting enterprise apps, CLM platform experience (Agiloft, DocuSign, Sirion, Malbek), and strong problem-solving with attention to structured data.

Required Skills

Legal & Contract Management Expertise

• Strong knowledge of legal and contract management technologies.
• Understanding of the full contract lifecycle (request, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, and post-execution management).
• Ability to operate effectively at a Staff or Senior level.

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Implementation

• 1-2 years of experience in implementing CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, DocuSign, Malbek, Sirion, or similar).
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with any CLM system configuration and administration.

Mandatory CLM Configuration Skills

• Configuring workflows and approval processes.
• Setting up templates, clause libraries, and contract playbooks.
• Creating and customizing dashboards and reports.

Nice-to-Have (Optional) Skills

• Experience integrating CLM platforms with other enterprise systems.
• Experience in data migration to/from CLM systems.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled CLM capabilities (e.g., contract analytics, insights, or similar features across CLM platforms).

Qualification & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 4-5+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise applications, including CLM platforms.
• At least one CLM-related certification/accreditation (Agiloft, DocuSign, Sirion, Malbek, or equivalent preferred).
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management processes and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with structured data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• A growth mindset and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.

Required (Must-Have) Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of REST APIs (HTTP methods, JSON).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (basic to intermediate, including API integrations).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience with C#.
• Understanding of OAuth and authentication concepts.
• Familiarity with CLM concepts (e.g., contracts, templates, workflows, approvals, repository, reporting, and deployments).

Nice-to-Have Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience working with CLM APIs (platform-agnostic).
• Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools.
• Understanding of Webhooks and event-based integrations.
