EY in India seeks a seasoned Talent Operations professional to support HR services across 4,000+ employees in the UKI/Ireland region. You will work with the Ireland Talent Team within CBS to manage HR processes, payroll inputs, and benefit administration, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
You will collaborate with onshore teams and use SuccessFactors, SAP Core HR, and Service Now to drive processes, improve efficiency and compliance.

Talent Services (TS) provides service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions - delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope.
Talent Operations TS supports specific Regions and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team.
It works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team. The Team supports the Region in performing operational and administrative tasks to allow the onshore team to focus on consultative and strategic activities based on the priorities of the Region.
The onshore team for this role is the Ireland Talent Team. It sits within the Core Business Services (CBS) function. Manage HRS processing ISQM controls Ireland s 4,000+ employee strong workforce. The team is involved in nearly every stage of the employment cycle; from new joiner queries to managing changes to terms and conditions of employment to managing the leaver s process for the firm. The role will support the HR Services team in Ireland to provide a wide range of employee lifecycle activities supporting 4,000 employees across the Republic of Ireland firm (UKI and FSO).
