What would you do?

As a content moderator, you will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content. You may investigate, investigate, escalating, and resolving issues reported by users or flagged by the system, contributing to the safety and quality of online content.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and remove content according to client guidelines using specified tools and channels.
• Understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust & Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance quality and efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development.
• Work in different rotations/shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
