Job summary

Basic Sanitations Private Limited in Delhi is seeking a reliable Driver for our 22-foot luxury mobile toilet van based on a Eicher Truck. You will transport the vehicle to event sites (weddings, corporate events, VIP shoots, private functions) and assist with on-site setup.

You will perform pre-trip checks, monitor water and waste tanks, coordinate with the maintenance team, and ensure safe driving with a clean record. Flexibility for weekends, nights, and outstation trips is required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Commercial Driving License and adherence to traffic rules.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience with medium-to-heavy vehicles or mobile vans.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, plumbing connections, and generator operations is a plus.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Flexible hours including weekends, nights, and outstation trips during event seasons.
• Familiarity with local routes, highways, and GPS navigation apps.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and maneuver the luxury restroom van to and from event venues across city and outstation routes.
• Position, level, and park the vehicle accurately at designated event spots.
• Perform basic setup tasks upon arrival, including water inlet/outlet hoses and power supplies/generators.
• Monitor onboard water levels and waste tank status during deployment.
• Conduct regular pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (fuel, tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes).
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing, deep cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere strictly to traffic safety regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driving License (LMV / HMV / Commercial badge as applicable).
• Proven driving experience with medium-to-heavy commercial vehicles or specialized mobile vans (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, plumbing connections, and generator operations is a strong plus.
• Clean driving record with zero major traffic violations.
• Punctual, polite, and capable of working flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and outstation trips during event seasons.
• Familiarity with local routes, highways, and GPS navigation apps.
