Job summary

Wikilabs India is hiring Trailer Driver / Heavy Commercial Vehicle (HCV) Driver for Pan India operations. The role covers long-haul and regional transportation with strict adherence to safety and regulatory norms. You will conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure timely deliveries while coordinating with fleet managers and clients.

Immediate joining is preferred. Willingness to travel across India and perform duties across multiple routes is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) / Trailer Driving License
• Minimum 2 years of experience in trailer or heavy vehicle driving
• Experience in long-distance transportation preferred
• Knowledge of highways, transport routes, and basic vehicle troubleshooting
• Ability to handle documentation related to transport and deliveries
• Physically fit and willing to travel extensively across India
• Basic understanding of safety and compliance norms

Responsibilities

• Operate trailer trucks safely and efficiently across assigned routes in India
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods/materials
• Perform vehicle inspection before and after trips
• Maintain trip records, fuel records, toll receipts, and delivery documents
• Follow all road safety regulations, company SOPs, and compliance guidelines
• Report vehicle issues, breakdowns, or accidents immediately to the operations team
• Ensure proper handling and security of cargo during transit
• Coordinate with fleet managers, transport coordinators, and clients during trips
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
• Adhere to trip schedules and route plans assigned by the company

We are looking for experienced and disciplined Trailer Drivers to join our operations team for long-haul and regional transportation assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate trailer trucks safely and efficiently across assigned routes in India
