Job summary

Responsibilities

• Fund Management & Liquidity: Daily fund planning, cash flow forecasting, and management of liquidity.
• Borrowings & Lenders Management: Liaison with Banks, NBFCs & financial institutions for term loans, CC, NCDs, PTC.
• ALM: Prepare ALM statements, monitor asset-liability mismatch, oversee ALCO reports, RBI guidelines.
• Investments & Operations: Manage short-term investments in MF, FDs, G-Sec; oversee treasury back-office operations.
• Compliance & Reporting: Daily/Monthly reporting to MD/CFO on cost of funds, utilization, and fund position.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fund Management & Liquidity:Daily fund planning, cash flow forecasting and management of liquidity positionEnsure sufficient funds for daily loan disbursements across all branchesManage CRR / SLR (if applicable) and maintain liquidity buffer as per RBI norms
2. Borrowings & Lenders Management:Liaison with Banks, NBFCs & Financial Institutions for Term Loans, CC, NCDs, PTC, SecuritizationPrepare CAM, financial data and handle due diligence for new credit linesNegotiation of interest rates and minimizing cost of fundsTimely renewal and enhancement of existing bank lines
3. ALM (Asset Liability Management):Prepare ALM statement, monitor asset-liability mismatchManage interest rate risk and oversee ALCO meeting reportsCompliance with RBI Treasury and ALM guidelines for NBFC
4. Investments & Operations:Manage short-term investments of surplus funds in MF, FDs, G-SecOversee Treasury back-office operations, NACH, RTGS/NEFT bulk paymentsAccounting of treasury transactions in ERP/Tally
5. Compliance & Reporting:Daily / Monthly reporting to MD/CFO on cost of funds, utilization, and fund positionEnsure compliance with RBI, Bank covenants and internal treasury policy
