Job summary

Pearl Global in Gurugram is seeking a banking operations professional to support CMA preparation, ratio analysis and credit appraisal notes. You will handle queries from banks, rating agencies, auditors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth loan processing for working capital, EPC, LC and term loans.

You should have strong knowledge of RBI and FEMA guidelines, foreign currency dealings, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• CMA/CA background with exposure to ratio analysis in banking.
• Experience in loan processing for Working Capital, EPC, LC and Term Loans.
• Knowledge of RBI and FEMA guidelines; foreign currency dealing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare CMA, perform ratio analysis and credit appraisal notes.
• Respond to queries from banks, rating agencies, auditors, and internal teams.
• Understand loan processing for WC, EPC, LC and Term Loans.
• Ensure banking compliance with stock statements and UFC.
• Coordinate with banks to resolve operational issues.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of CMA, Ratio analysis study and understanding of credit appraisal note.
• Attending queries from Banks, Rating agency, ASM, Stock auditors, Internal Auditors & Stat Auditors etc.
• Understanding loan processing process (Working Capital- EPC, LC and Term Loan) and related technical requirement of Banks, Loan documentation and security perfection & satisfaction.
• Banking compliance (Stock statement, FFR/QMS, UFC etc.)
• Coordination with Banks for other operational issue.
• Clearance of EDPMS & IDPM related issues with Bank.
• Understanding of RBI & FEMA guideline and experience in foreign currency dealing
• SAP Functioning
• Interpretation of Financial Statement and analysis thereof MIS related to Banking & Treasury.
• Coordination with other team members for any operational issue
• Good knowledge of MS Office application i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, etc
