FIS Solutions (India) Private Limited - Pune is seeking a Treasury Management Application Support professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience. The role focuses on owning complex Quantum incidents, investigating issues, and coordinating with global teams to deliver timely resolutions.
Responsibilities include incident handling, root-cause analysis, and contributing to knowledge content while maintaining strong client communications in a global support setup.
The FIS Enterprise Treasury Client Experience (CX) team provides product support to global clients using Quantum (FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Quantum Edition). The team investigates functional and technical product issues, manages client communication, coordinates with internal resolver teams, and supports reliable day-to-day use of the Quantum application.
Own complex Quantum incidents and service requests from initial assessment through resolution, workaround, or effective hand-off, with clear accountability and timely updates.
Investigate functional and technical issues using application behavior, logs, SQL queries, configuration details, interfaces, job status, and other available diagnostic evidence.
Assess business impact and priority, manage escalations, and provide clear and accurate communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide product guidance across Quantum treasury workflows, including cash and liquidity management, payments, bank reconciliation, statements, accounting, reporting, interfaces, and related controls.
Reproduce reported issues where possible, document findings, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Hosting, Database, Network, and other resolver teams.
Drive problem investigation and root cause coordination for recurring or high-impact issues, and convert findings into preventive actions, knowledge content, or support process improvements.
Support client discussions, incident calls, product issue reviews, risk updates, and action tracking for assigned cases.
Contribute to upgrade, release, testing, configuration, and post-change support activities as required.
Maintain high-quality ticket updates, investigation notes, handovers, troubleshooting procedures, and knowledge articles.
Work effectively across APJ, EMEA, and US stakeholder groups in a global support environment.
Follow security, privacy, audit, and service management requirements while handling client information and production issues.
6+ Yrs of Hands-on experience supporting a Treasury Management System. Relevant experience in product support, client services, treasury management, cash management, payments, banking, or financial application support.
Working knowledge on SQL is preferred Working knowledge of treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, payments, settlements, bank reconciliation, statements, accounting, and daily treasury controls.
Basic working knowledge of key Quantum modules is advantageous, including Static Data Configuration; Cash Management (Cash Explorer); User Management; Pricing for Money Market and Bond instruments; Accounting Reporting (Accruals and Positions); Bank Import (Bank Statements and Balance Imports); and Accounting (General Ledger).
Experience managing incidents, service requests, escalations, and problem investigations in an SLA-driven support environment.
Experience communicating directly with global clients and explaining technical or functional issues in clear business language.
Ability to work independently, prioritize competing client issues, and collaborate effectively as part of a global team.
Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills for enterprise financial applications. Good working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, with the ability to analyze data.
Ability to interpret application logs, interface status, job results, error messages, and configuration details.
Understanding of application architecture, integrations, secure file transfer, and hosted or cloud environments.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable service management and defect-tracking tools.
Good documentation skills for ticket updates, client communication, handovers, troubleshooting guides, and KB articles.
Knowledge of SWIFT messaging and ISO 20022 is advantageous where relevant to supported Quantum workflows.
Experience with Quantum (FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Quantum Edition) is strongly preferred or other product experience also good to have.
Experience supporting global banks or corporate treasury clients is advantageous.
ITIL Foundation, treasury, payments, SQL, cloud, or service management certification is advantageous.
Experience contributing to knowledge management, automation, monitoring improvements, or support process improvement is preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English.
