Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior treasury leader in Mumbai to drive cash management, banking relationships and liquidity controls. You will oversee end-to-end treasury operations, manage FX exposure, and ensure compliant financial processes.

The role requires 10+ years of post-qualification treasury experience, strong expertise with Excel and finance systems, and the ability to mentor a growing treasury team within a technology/IT services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of post-qualification treasury experience
• Experience managing treasury activities and banking processes
• Cash flow monitoring and regular reporting for internal planning
• Experience handling RBI/Bank compliances and financing structures like factoring and bill discounting
• Strong internal controls and end-to-end treasury operations oversight
• Leadership: mentoring and developing treasury team
• Collaboration with Accounting & Finance for accurate reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor foreign exchange exposures and develop hedging strategies
• Lead, mentor, and develop the treasury team
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure accurate reporting

The Successful Applicant

• CA or MBA.
• 10+ years of post qualification experience.
• Experience handling treasury activities and banking processes.
• Confidence monitoring cash positions and preparing cash flow updates.
• Experience working with bank statements and transaction records.
• Good understanding of finance processes and financial controls.
• Confidence working with finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and clear supporting documents.
