Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a Senior Treasury Mid Office professional in Gurugram to lead liquidity management, ALM, and FTP implementation. The role involves forecasting, funding optimization, and ensuring RBI compliance across treasury operations.

You will collaborate with front and back office teams, drive automation, and mentor the Mid Office team to uphold governance and accuracy in a fast-paced NBFC/banking environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Treasury Mid Office, ALM or Treasury Risk in NBFC/banking.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, LCR, FTP, Capital Adequacy and RBI regulations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Treasury/ALM systems; Python/automation exposure is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Mid Office with liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital management responsibilities.
• Manage liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and ALM activities for optimal funding.
• Design and maintain FTP framework to optimize funding costs and capital adequacy.
• Ensure RBI compliance, treasury policies, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness.
• Conduct liquidity stress testing, monitor risk metrics, and support ALCO governance.
• Build relationships with investors, rating agencies, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analysis to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Treasury Front Office and Back Office for seamless operations and controls.
• Drive treasury automation and system enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the Mid Office team with governance and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA with 7–10 years of experience in Treasury Mid Office, ALM, or Treasury Risk within an NBFC or Banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, LCR, FTP, Capital Adequacy, RBI regulations, and Treasury Operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, Treasury/ALM systems, with exposure to Python or automation tools being an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
