Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Finance Manager to join our Mumbai-based finance leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the organization’s liquidity, capital structure, and financial risk management strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal cash positioning and robust funding pipelines. By spearheading complex fund-raising initiatives and securitization programs, you will directly influence the company’s growth trajectory and financial stability, ensuring we remain well-capitalized to meet our strategic objectives in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end fund-raising activities by engaging with banks and financial institutions to secure cost-effective capital that supports business expansion.
• Execute complex securitization transactions to optimize the balance sheet and improve liquidity ratios for the organization.
• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management, to ensure seamless operational liquidity.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and currency fluctuations, to protect the company’s bottom line.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting related to all treasury activities.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale treasury operations, with a proven track record in executing successful fund-raising and securitization mandates.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable strategies for senior management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, essential for building and maintaining high-value relationships with external banking partners and investors.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate the fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai while managing multiple high-priority financial projects simultaneously.
• A professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in corporate finance and treasury management.
• 5 – 10 years of progressive experience in treasury functions within the financial services or corporate sector.
