Job summary

Adani Group is seeking a finance professional in Mumbai to build funding strategies aligned with the business plan and project cashflows. You will prepare lender packs, manage due diligence, and coordinate loan documentation with governance discipline.

The role requires senior qualifications (CA/CMA/MBA/BA) and experience in real estate, project finance, or treasury systems; handle cashflow forecasting and liquidity dashboards under CFO alignment.

Qualifications

• Essential: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)/B.Com from a recognized Indian institution; seniority-matching qualification.
• Desirable: CA/CFA/MBA (Finance) with exposure to real estate, project finance or treasury systems.

Responsibilities

• Build funding strategy aligned to business plan and project cashflows; maintain facility pipeline.
• Prepare lender/investor packs; manage due diligence, negotiations and approvals with governance discipline.
• Manage banking relationships, loan documentation coordination and covenant compliance reporting.
• Plan drawdowns and end-use tracking; align utilization to approved budgets and milestones.
• Run treasury operations (payments, BG/LC, banking ops) with controls and segregation of duties.
• Maintain rolling cashflow forecast and liquidity dashboard; recommend working capital actions.
• Monitor cost of funds, maturity profile and refinancing opportunities; drive optimization actions.
• Manage treasury risks and policy adherence (interest/FX if applicable) with CFO alignment.
