1. Investor Relationship & Payout Management
- Act as the key point of contact for investors on payout-related queries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Manage investor payouts (interest and exit/principal) across multiple entities within due dates.
- Maintain and update investor payout data on dashboards/portals, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Build and sustain strong investor relationships through proactive updates and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Investors, Tax, and GL teams for accurate data submission supporting tax filing and book closure.
- Compute interest accruals and payouts accurately as per investment terms, schedules, and applicable rates.
- Reconcile interest computations against ledgers and investor agreements; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor and manage cash inflows, outflows, and overall liquidity.
- Prepare daily cash position reports and periodic cash flow forecasts.
3. Banking & Account Management
- Oversee daily banking operations across multiple bank and escrow accounts.
- Manage fund transfers and settlements via NEFT, RTGS, and other modes, ensuring accurate execution.
- Open, close, and manage bank and escrow accounts as required by business needs.
- Handle treasury investments and credit card settlement processes.
4. Reporting, Audit & Compliance
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate treasury documentation and ensure adherence to loan covenants.
- Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate treasury data.
5. Process Improvement & Controls
- Develop and implement SOPs and strong internal controls for treasury and investor payout processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline treasury, banking, and reporting operations.
- Ensure accuracy in remittances, fund movement, and investor communications always.
Candidate Requirements
- B.Com graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounts, or investor relations.
- Strong working knowledge of interest calculation methods, banking instruments (NEFT/RTGS), and reconciliation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with investors.
- High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with treasury/ERP systems and investor dashboards preferred.
