Job summary

BHIVE is seeking a Treasury & Investor Relations professional in Mumbai to own payout management, banking operations, and reporting. You will coordinate with investors and internal teams to ensure timely payouts and accurate data across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has a B.Com and 3-4 years in treasury or investor relations, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with NEFT/RTGS and ERP systems. You will build dashboards, ensure compliance, and continuously improve controls.

Qualifications

• B.Com graduate with 3-4 years of treasury, accounts or investor relations experience.
• Strong knowledge of interest calculation methods and banking instruments (NEFT/RTGS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with investor interaction.
• High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with treasury/ERP systems and investor dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact for investors on payout-related queries and communications.
• Manage investor payouts (interest and exit/principal) across multiple entities by due dates.
• Maintain investor payout data on dashboards/portals with accuracy and transparency.
• Build and sustain investor relationships through proactive updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Investors, Tax, and GL teams for data supporting tax filing and book closure.
• Compute interest accruals and payouts per terms, schedules, and rates.
• Reconcile interest computations against ledgers and investor agreements; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor cash inflows, outflows and overall liquidity.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and periodic cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee daily banking operations across multiple bank/escrow accounts.
• Manage fund transfers via NEFT, RTGS, and other modes.
• Open/close and manage bank and escrow accounts as required.
• Handle treasury investments and credit card settlements.
• Ensure timely MIS reports and compliance documentation.
• Develop SOPs and internal controls for treasury and investor payout processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate treasury, banking, and reporting operations.
• Ensure remittances and fund movements are accurate and communicated to investors.

1. Investor Relationship & Payout Management

3. Banking & Account Management

• Oversee daily banking operations across multiple bank and escrow accounts.
• Manage fund transfers and settlements via NEFT, RTGS, and other modes, ensuring accurate execution.
• Open, close, and manage bank and escrow accounts as required by business needs.
• Handle treasury investments and credit card settlement processes.

4. Reporting, Audit & Compliance

• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports and compliance documentation.
• Maintain accurate treasury documentation and ensure adherence to loan covenants.
• Support internal and external audits with complete and accurate treasury data.

5. Process Improvement & Controls

• Develop and implement SOPs and strong internal controls for treasury and investor payout processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline treasury, banking, and reporting operations.
• Ensure accuracy in remittances, fund movement, and investor communications always.

Candidate Requirements

• B.Com graduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience in treasury, accounts, or investor relations.
• Strong working knowledge of interest calculation methods, banking instruments (NEFT/RTGS), and reconciliation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with investors.
• High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with treasury/ERP systems and investor dashboards preferred.
