Job summary

Starkmind Data Systems is seeking a Treasury Executive in Mumbai (Vile Parle) to manage cash flow, liquidity, banking operations and working capital. The role involves forecasting cash needs, coordinating with banks and ensuring optimal use of financial resources.

You will work with Finance and Accounts teams to maintain treasury records, monitor transactions and support financial planning and control. CA Inter/ACCA with 2–5 years of treasury experience is required.

Qualifications

• CA Inter Cleared or ACCA; 2–5 years in Treasury/related fields.
• Experience in cash flow forecasting, fund management, bank reconciliation and working capital management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and financial reporting; ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify that all payment approvals are in order for the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow budgets.
• Daily reporting of cash and bank balances.

About the Role

The Treasury Executive will manage the organizations cash flow, liquidity, banking operations and working capital requirements. The role involves monitoring fund availability, preparing cash flow forecasts, coordinating with banks and ensuring efficient utilization of financial resources.

You will work closely with the Finance and Accounts teams to maintain accurate treasury records, monitor banking transactions and support effective financial planning and control.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Verification that all payment approvals are in order for the parent company and subsidiaries.
• Preparation and monitoring of cash flow budgets.
• Daily reporting of cash and bank balances.
• Coordination and relationship management with bankers.
• Support in treasury and investment activities.

Eligibility & Skills

CA Inter Cleared / ACCA.
2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Operations or Corporate Finance.
Practical experience in cash flow forecasting, fund management, bank reconciliation and working capital management.
Knowledge of banking facilities, payment processing, liquidity monitoring and borrowing arrangements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting; ERP experience preferred.
Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and financial accuracy.
