Job summary

Yext seeks a Treasury Operations professional to govern global bank accounts and streamline account openings across jurisdictions. You will support monthly closes, SOX controls, and KYC requests while coordinating with banks and internal teams.

With 2–3 years of treasury experience, you’ll manage Kyriba and NetSuite data, assist cash management enhancements, and prepare analyses for senior leadership. This role offers relocation and a competitive benefits package.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years treasury operations experience.
• Proficiency in banking systems and money markets.
• Strong project management with ability to multitask.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Kyriba and NetSuite.
• Understanding of KYC/AML regulations.

Responsibilities

• Own global bank account administration.
• Be SME on bank account requirements across jurisdictions; streamline account opening processes.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes, including SOX controls and KPI tracking.
• Handle ad-hoc KYC refresh requests from banks and resolve in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with banking service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist Treasury data management in Kyriba and resolve data gaps.
• Help optimize cash management to support Yext’s international growth.
• Grow to be the POC for documentation and regulatory compliance matters.
• Assist with analyses and presentations for senior management.
• Manage data aggregation for annual FBAR reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Responsible for global bank account administration.
• Become subject‑matter expert on bank account requirements across different jurisdictions and counterparties; investigate ways to streamline account opening process and reduce time/effort required.
• Manage responsibilities related to monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial close processes, including performance of SOX controls and team key performance indicators (KPI’s).
• Handle ad‑hoc KYC refresh requests from banks and help resolve in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with banking service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist with management of Treasury data within Kyriba Treasury Workstation and helping to resolve any gaps/discrepancies.
• Help optimize cash management model to support Yext’s continued international growth and expansion.
• Grow to become the POC for documentation and regulatory compliance related matters.
• Assist Treasury team members with preparation of analyses and presentations to senior management.
• Manage data aggregation and validation for annual FBAR reporting process.

What You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in treasury operation with payments and bank relationship management.
• Proficiency in financial settlements and comprehensive knowledge of banking systems and money markets.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with TMS (Kyriba), ERP systems – NetSuite.
• Understanding of financial regulations, including KYC/AML.
