Job summary

Great India Travel is offering an in-office internship in Delhi to craft customized domestic travel itineraries and manage bookings using Word, Excel, and CRM. You will coordinate with hotels, airlines, and partners, research destinations, and ensure smooth delivery of travel services.

The role requires strong MS Word/Excel skills, CRM experience, and fluency in English. Freshers are welcome; salary stipend is INR 15,000–20,000 per month with perks such as a certificate and recommendation letter.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism is preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to two years of experience may apply.
• Good knowledge of Indian travel destinations and willingness to work full-time from South Delhi office.

Responsibilities

• Create customized domestic travel itineraries using Word, Excel, and CRM.
• Assist with booking flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel services.
• Research destinations, routes, hotels, and attractions across India.

• Prepare and verify bookings, vouchers, invoices, and travel documents.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for customers, bookings, payments, and vendors.
• Respond to customer queries and provide timely assistance before and during travel.
• Follow up on bookings and help manage amendments, cancellations, refunds, and issues.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

About the internship:

1. Create customized domestic travel itineraries using Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software.
2. Assist with booking flights, hotels, transportation, tours, sightseeing activities, and other travel services.
3. Research destinations, routes, hotels, attractions, and travel options across India.
4. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, customers, and other travel partners.
5. Prepare and verify booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices, and other travel documents.
6. Maintain accurate customer, booking, payment, and vendor records in the CRM.
7. Respond to customer queries and provide timely assistance before and during travel.
8. Follow up on bookings and help manage amendments, cancellations, refunds, and operational issues.
9. Work with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.
