Job summary

Wild Hill Adventure is offering a full-time in-office internship in Azara, Assam. The selected intern will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and other channels, learn about Northeast India destinations, and assist in preparing quotations and itineraries.

Scope includes CRM updates, follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams. Stipend ranges INR 17,000–22,000 per month for a 3-month duration starting between Sep 25, 2026 and Oct 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• CRM experience to manage client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Strong sales mindset with ability to upsell packages.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design tailored travel itineraries and holiday packages.
• Willingness to learn about Northeast India destinations and partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to new customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements such as destination, dates, number of people, budget and preferences.
• Research and recommend suitable tour packages and itineraries.
• Assist in preparing quotations and travel itineraries.
• Follow up with customers who have received quotations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update the CRM/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with senior sales team members on complicated or high-value enquiries.
• Learn about Northeast India destinations, hotels, vehicles, activities and routes.
• Assist with hotel, vehicle, driver, guide and activity coordination for confirmed trips.
• Check that booking information and customer requirements are correctly recorded.
• Assist the operations team with pre-trip preparation and customer communication.
• Keep track of pending customer responses, payments and booking requirements.
• Participate in daily team discussions and sales reviews.
• Learn and follow Wild Hill Adventure's sales and customer-handling process.
• Help ensure that no customer enquiry or follow-up is missed.
