Job summary

Black & White is seeking a seasoned Travel Operations professional to supervise end-to-end corporate travel bookings and lead a team of travel coordinators in Bangalore. The role focuses on ensuring policy compliance, optimizing costs, and delivering high-quality service for Middle East operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OBTs, vendor management, and continuous process improvements, while mentoring junior staff to uphold SOPs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing corporate travel bookings and supplier relationships.
• Strong understanding of travel policies, SLAs and quality standards.
• Proven ability to mentor and train travel coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end corporate travel bookings (Air, Hotel, Ground Transport) for Middle East operations.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, SLAs and quality standards.
• Manage complex itineraries, VIP travelers, and last-minute requests.
• Act as escalation point for travel-related issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of travel coordinators.
• Conduct quality audits, performance reviews and training sessions.
• Monitor travel costs, savings and policy compliance.
• Prepare operational and KPI reports.
• Handle traveler emergencies and duty-of-care requirements.
