Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai (Vikhroli) is hiring for Fare Filing & Distribution (FFD) to manage fare filing in ATPCO and related GDS systems. The role requires 15 years of regular education and a 24x7 shift pattern.

Responsibilities include filing and updating fares, enforcing rule conditions, handling special filing activities, and performing QA checks in major GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.

Qualifications

• Experience with fare filing in ATPCO.
• Knowledge of fare rule conditions such as Eligibility, Date/Time, Seasonality, Flight Application, Combinations, Advance Purchase, Negotiated Fares, Surcharge, Blackout, Automated Changes and Cancellation, Fare By Rule, Footnote, Routing Map.
• Experience with special fare filing activities such as YQ/YR, Optional and Ancillary services, Branded Fares, Chart 1 & 2.
• Performing QA checks in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.
• Well versed with fare pricing and troubleshooting entries in GDS like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre.
• Good knowledge of World Geography, Fare Construction, etc.
• Validate fares and rules data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify fare and rule inconsistencies in ATPCO and GDS.

Responsibilities

• File and update fares in ATPCO as provided.
• Update rule conditions (Eligibility, Date/Time, Seasonality, etc.) in ATPCO.
• Handle special fare filings (YQ/YR, Branded Fares, Optional services).
• Conduct QA checks in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
• Ensure accuracy of fare pricing and troubleshooting entries in GDS.
• Stay updated with ATPCO procedures and industry changes.

• Possess knowledge of filing and updating rule conditions such as Eligibility, Date/Time, Seasonality, Flight Application, Combinations, Advance Purchase, Negotiated Fares, Surcharge, Blackout, Automated Changes and Cancellation, Fare By Rule, Footnote, Routing Map, etc. in the ATPCO system based on the information provided.
