You will handle end-to-end needs including flights, hotels, tours, and visas while delivering excellent service and a smooth travel experience. The role requires 3–5 years in travel agencies or corporate travel settings, proficiency with GDS systems, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality required.
• IATA/UFTAA certification preferred.
• 3–5 years travel industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, packages, rail tickets, transfers, and travel insurance.
• Design customized itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
• Provide visa guidance and handle pre-departure queries.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and DMCs.
• Maintain CRM bookings records and ensure policy compliance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to plan and manage travel arrangements for leisure, corporate, and group travelers. You will handle end-to-end travel needs including flights, hotels, tours, and visas while delivering excellent service and a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel Booking: Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, rail tickets, transfers, and travel insurance.
• Itinerary Planning: Design customized travel plans tailored to client preferences, budgets, and schedules.
• Customer Support: Assist clients with visa guidance, travel documentation, pre-departure queries, and last-minute travel changes or disruptions.
• Vendor Coordination: Partner with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to secure bookings and resolve issues.
• Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate booking records in the CRM system and ensure adherence to travel policies and regulations.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Certification in Travel & Tourism (IATA/UFTAA or equivalent) is preferred.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC, or corporate travel environment.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Hands-on experience with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Solid understanding of international destinations, visa processes, and travel insurance.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
