Etraveli Group in Mumbai, India is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a fast-paced sales-driven customer support team. You will handle high call and email volumes and provide exceptional service while promoting flights, hotels, car rentals and insurance.

You will report to the Team Lead, work in a modern call center, and rotate night shifts 24/7 according to schedule. English communication is essential, and candidates should be self-driven, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals who strive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. You would be:

• Reporting to the Team Lead to achieve goals
• Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team
• Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
• Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance.
• 24/7 according to schedule Rotational (Night shifts are included)

Requirements

• Should have at least one year of experience in a call center environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
• Good attention to detail
• Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
• Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
• Ability to manage change and work under pressure
• Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates

Preferred Requirements

• Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced work environment.
