Etraveli Group in Maharashtra, India, is seeking a Team Leader to support daily operations, guide team members, and contribute to service excellence. You will help with scheduling, performance evaluation, and ongoing development to ensure quality interactions with customers and colleagues.

The role requires strong communication, English fluency, and experience leading teams. Knowledge of travel tech systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• 2 years of on papers experience as a team leader.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with Windows, MS Office and Google Applications.

The Role

• Support team members in their daily tasks
• Team development responsibilities
• Discuss & set personal targets with each team member.
• Monitor team: their behavior to customers & colleagues, their problems or ideas.
• Evaluate team members: performance, mistakes, losses, creativity, strengths, weaknesses, attitude.
• Discuss team's performance (quality of their services, mistakes, productivity) with Manager and work on improvements whenever necessary.
• Assess received feedback from clients/colleagues.
• Discuss/report performance of day/week and special issues - quality-wise with Manager.
• Manage team members' daily schedules and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
• Supervise attendance and ensure time adherence by all team members.
• Ensure team's effective functioning.

• Discuss or escalation daily issues and report Day Summary to Manager.
• Organize & run regular team meetings and one on ones to groom team members.
• Monitor Calls & Delegate cases as appropriate.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• 2 years of on papers experience as a team leader
• Preferred: Graduation or master's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or relative field but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo (expert) is an added advantage.
• Team player.
• Fluent in English - any additional language will be considered a plus.
• Windows, MS Office, Google Applications (expert).
