Job summary

EXA AG in Germany is seeking a Transfer Pricing Compliance Functional Consultant to join our global delivery team. You will work on Master File, Local File, and CbCR preparation, while applying OECD guidelines and BEPS concepts to support multinational clients.

You will engage with international teams, contribute to benchmarking studies, and leverage automation and SAP tools. The role offers a hybrid work environment, international projects, and strong opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of practical experience in Global Transfer Pricing Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Master File, Local File, and CbCR preparation and review.
• Experience working with Transfer Pricing Compliance and Documentation tools.
• Strong understanding of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS initiatives, and local country regulations.
• Exposure to benchmarking studies and economic analyses.
• Good business knowledge of multinational operating models, international corporate structures, and complex supply chains.
• Strong affinity towards technology, automation, and AI-driven business solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end Global Transfer Pricing projects for multinational clients.
• Prepare and review Master File, Local File, and CbCR documentation.
• Utilize TP tools and tax automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Engage with international clients and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant deliverables.

Your Role

Your Profile

• University degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CA, CS, CPA, ACCA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Enthusiasm for learning, innovation, and continuous professional development.
• High level of ownership, commitment, and problem-solving ability..
