Job summary

RAREFIND HR CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a technology leader with 18+ years of experience in Corporate Transaction Banking Technology, focusing on Cash Management, to steer strategy, mentor teams and drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires deep knowledge of Finacle, core banking transformation, strong architecture and transformation capabilities, and proven ability to collaborate with business, product, engineering and senior leadership across the UK banking environment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in Corporate Transaction Banking Technology.
• Strong understanding of Cash Management and related TB products/processes.
• Experience with UK Banks / UK Banking environment – mandatory.
• Finacle experience – mandatory, in core banking transformation/migration.
• Experience in technology leadership and team management.
• Ability to guide engineers and drive initiatives to completion.
• Strong strategic and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A technology leader with strong Corporate Transaction Banking experience, particularly Cash Management, who can provide technology direction, mentor teams, solve problems and drive strategic initiatives.

18+ years of Strong experience in Corporate Transaction Banking Technology.

Strong understanding of Cash Management and related Transaction Banking products/processes.

Drive technology strategy, architecture and transformation initiatives across Transaction Banking.

Partner closely with business, product, engineering and senior leadership teams to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Experience working with UK Banks / UK Banking environment – mandatory.

Finacle experience – mandatory, particularly in a core banking transformation/migration environment.

Experience in technology leadership and team management.

Ability to guide engineers, provide solutions and drive technology initiatives to completion.

Strong strategic and problem-solving mindset.
