Job summary

BTVK Advisory, a leading advisory firm with Baker Tilly US as its parent, seeks an experienced professional to lead transaction advisory and due diligence engagements for middle-market clients. You will partner with PE firms, strategic buyers, and banks, analyzing complex scenarios and delivering high-quality insights.

You will manage multiple engagements, coach junior staff, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships across industries.

Qualifications

• Lead transaction advisory or due diligence engagements in a professional services environment.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business, operational and transaction-related issues.
• Experience supervising, mentoring and developing team members.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining high-quality client service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA) certification preferred.
• Experience leading transaction advisory or due diligence engagements within a professional services environment preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business, operational, and transaction-related issues.
• Prior experience supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
