The role involves coordinating training activities, engaging with clients, and managing trainer/vendor relationships with exposure to corporate training and competency development.

Qualifications

• MBA (HR) or equivalent. Graduates have 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, trainer sourcing or technical staffing.

Responsibilities

• Source technical trainers, consultants, auditors and SMEs for client projects.
• Build and maintain a trainer database using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen candidates for technical capability, training expertise, and availability.
• Coordinate trainer onboarding and documentation.
• Understand client competency gaps and map suitable training solutions.
• Support proposal preparation and trainer deployment.
• Coordinate training schedules and execution.
• Present trainer profiles and training capabilities to clients.
• Negotiate commercials and maintain performance records.

Main Activity: Support the Training and Competency Development business by sourcing and onboarding technical trainers, identifying subject matter experts, understanding client competency requirements, supporting training solutions, coordinating training activities, engaging with clients, and managing trainer/vendor relationships. Exposure to corporate training or competency development preferred.
