Job summary

Indiafirst Robotics Innovation And Research Llp is seeking an energetic trainer to manage robotics and AI training programs across schools, colleges and institutions. You will plan schedules, deploy trainers and ensure high-quality delivery of robotics, Arduino, Python, AI, IoT and electronics curricula.

You will mentor trainers, coordinate with principals and faculty, and monitor outcomes, assessments and project completion while maintaining training records and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering robotics/AI/STEM training programs.
• Ability to mentor trainers and ensure quality training delivery.
• Familiarity with setting up and maintaining training labs and kits.
• Strong coordination with schools, colleges and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to training standards, student safety and Company policies.
• Coordinate with technical, sales and operations teams to achieve delivery targets.
• Travel and manage training deployments across Maharashtra and India as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Skills

• Robotics: Arduino Uno/Nano, ESP32/ESP8266, sensors, actuators, DC motors, servo motors and motor drivers.
• Programming: C/C++, Embedded C, Python and basic debugging.
• Robotics Projects: Line-following robots, obstacle-avoiding robots, Bluetooth-controlled robots and autonomous systems.
• AI & Computer Vision: OpenCV, image processing and basic machine learning.
• IoT: ESP32/ESP8266, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth communication, MQTT and sensor-data monitoring.
• Advanced Technologies: Raspberry Pi, drone technology, CAD/CAM, 3D printing and basic ROS/ROS2.
• STEM Curriculum: Practical lesson planning, project-based learning and technical assessment.
• Laboratory Management: Robotics kits, electronic components, tools, testing equipment and inventory.
