Job summary

Urban Company is seeking an experienced Trainer for our Cleaning Category to join our dynamic team. The Trainer will lead all training initiatives, develop content, and provide technical and behavioral training to our partner professionals to guarantee a delightful customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotels, facility management, or startups, with strong leadership and a passion for continuous improvement, capable of training blue-collar workers across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top-tier Hotels, Facility Management, or Startups, with a focus on training and development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven experience in managing teams of trainers/professionals, preferably in hotels or facilities management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content for blue-collar workers.
