Job summary

Bigship is seeking a Training and Quality Analyst to ensure quality measures are met and training is provided accordingly. You will audit calls, report error trends, and organize calibration sessions across India.

The role requires 1+ year of T&Q experience, basic knowledge of relevant modules, and strong communication skills. Travel across India may be required as per business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit calls to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
• Report error trends and propose corrective actions.
• Organize quality calibration sessions with staff.
• Identify Training Needs (TNI) and conduct refreshers and PKTs.
• Share quality feedback with employees.
• Disseminate campaign quality metrics to Operations and stakeholders.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Training and Quality Analyst who has a prior experience with ensuring quality measures and giving training accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Audit Calls of the employees & ensure they are following quality guidelines while making calls
• Provide correct information, report error trends & propose action plan to mitigate errors.
• Organize quality calibration sessions with all employees.
• Identifying Training Needs (TNI) & conducting Refreshers, PKTs to improve the process knowledge gaps.
• Ensure Quality Feedback is shared with every employee.
• Ensure Campaign Quality metrics are shared with Operations & other stake holders at regular intervals so that every stake holder is aware about Product & Process errors.

Requirements

• Overall work-experience of 1+ years as T&Q analyst.
• Basic Knowledge of the Training & Quality Module.
• Should be coachable.
• Educational qualifications: Min Graduate.
• Detail oriented, good at problem solving & innovating.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Should possess good communication skills
• Well versed with excel, G-doc & latest business tools.
• Should be open to travel across different cities across India as per Business Requirement.
