Job Purpose

To provide specialist training in vacuum technology and equipment , covering vacuum generation, measurement, leak detection, chamber systems and vacuum equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach vacuum fundamentals and pressure regimes.
• Train learners on rotary, dry and turbo pump concepts.
• Explain vacuum gauges and measurement principles.
• Conduct practical demonstrations of chambers, valves and fittings.
• Train learners on leak detection and troubleshooting.
• Explain pump-down curves and vacuum-system behaviour.
• Develop preventive-maintenance and troubleshooting exercises.

Required Skills Experience

• 5 12 years of experience in industrial vacuum, semiconductor equipment or vacuum research .
• Strong knowledge of vacuum physics, pumps, gauges, chambers, valves and leak detection.
• Good mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of equipment safety.
