Job summary

Praxis Consultants is seeking a dedicated professional to manage laboratory operations at our training centre in India. The role includes coordinating equipment, maintaining calibration records, and ensuring ESD compliance and safety during practical sessions.

Responsibilities cover asset management, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and upkeep of SOPs and incident records. A background in engineering labs or technical operations is preferred to support instructors and trainees

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in engineering laboratories or related technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/electronics instrumentation and ESD practices.
• Experience maintaining calibration records and lab safety standards.
• Good understanding of documentation and equipment management.
• Strong inventory and vendor-management skills.

Job Purpose

To manage laboratory operations, equipment readiness, calibration, maintenance, consumables, safety, ESD compliance and practical-session logistics for the training centre.
