Blue Ocean Corporation India PVT LTD is seeking an experienced training professional to deliver instructor-led sessions on end-to-end supply chain management. Responsibilities include customizing modules, integrating real-world scenarios, and assessing learner performance.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SCM experience, strong ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle), excellent communication, and the ability to work on a freelance or part-time basis, including weekend or evening sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in SCM, Logistics, Operations, or related.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on industry experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience delivering corporate training, workshops, or academic sessions.
• Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• APICS CSCP/CPIM certification is an added advantage.
• Ability to simplify complex supply chain concepts for diverse learners.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing training content, presentations, and learning materials.

Design and customize training modules based on participant profiles, industry requirements, and certification standards. Integrate real-world case studies, business scenarios, and practical examples to enhance learner understanding and engagement. Facilitate interactive learning through group discussions, simulations, and problem-solving activities. Assess participant performance through assignments, quizzes, and project work, ensuring knowledge retention. Provide structured guidance and support to learners preparing for professional supply chain certifications. Stay updated with emerging trends such as digital supply chains, automation, and AI-driven logistics. Mentor participants by addressing practical challenges and sharing industry insights. Maintain training quality standards and ensure timely delivery of course objectives. Prepare and submit post-training reports, feedback, and learner progress analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on industry experience in supply chain or logistics functions.
• Proven experience in delivering corporate training, workshops, or academic sessions.
