Role Description

The Trainer Intern will support training delivery for IT-focused programs, including assisting senior trainers with session planning, demonstrations, and classroom activities. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, helping conduct lectures and practical labs, answering learner queries, and providing feedback on assignments. The intern will also help maintain training records, coordinate schedules, and contribute to improving course content based on learner responses. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida, and requires active engagement with learners and staff throughout the workweek

Qualifications

• BBA, BCA, B.COM
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Basic skills in lesson preparation, documentation, and use of digital tools (e.g., MS Office, learning platforms, online collaboration tools).
• Ability to support classroom and lab activities, including guiding learners through exercises and troubleshooting common issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in maintaining training materials and learner records.
• Interest in teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning within the IT and training domain.
• Preferred: Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to corporate training, tutoring, or academic projects involving technical instruction is an advantage.
