Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites applicants for Trainer-BFSI in Gurgaon. You will deliver classroom and online BFSI training, prepare plans and assessments, and teach banking operations, insurance products, and digital banking concepts to students.

The role emphasizes interactive sessions, role plays, mock interviews, and ensuring attendance, participation, and learning outcomes. You will also conduct pre- and post-assessments, provide career guidance, and assist with placement readiness and outreach

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
• Good understanding of banking products, insurance, KYC, customer service, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and online BFSI training sessions.
• Prepare session plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities per curriculum guidelines.
• Train students on banking operations, insurance products, financial services, customer handling, sales, and digital banking concepts.

• Support field activities, community outreach, mobilization drives, counselling sessions, and awareness campaigns for student enrollment.
• Support center activities and parent counseling whenever required.
