Job summary

Revature India invites applications for a Trainer position to design and deliver Python programming and Generative AI curricula at a flagship partner university campus in Chennai. Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience as a trainer in Python, AI/ML, Data Science, and Generative AI space.
• Strong knowledge in Data Structure and Algorithms and data base (any RDBMS).
• Demonstrated expertise in Python Programming, GenAI models, prompt engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven training and facilitation experience, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating training artifacts including course content, hands-on labs, projects, etc.
• Strong grounding in pedagogy, learning outcome design, and competency-based assessment.
• Ability to collaborate with university stakeholders to deliver the training.
• Ability to learn and adapt emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the AI Foundations curriculum delivered to college students across departments.
• Design and deliver tiered AI and ML programmes with hands-on practice and domain application.
• Deploy active learning methodologies to drive learner engagement and real-world applications.
• Develop course content, lab exercises, capstone projects, and assessment rubrics.
• Design assessments compliant with university examination norms with project-based evaluation.
• Review, score and provide actionable feedback for student assessments.
• Deliver high-quality instructor-led sessions covering Python, AI, GenAI, ML and Data Science.
• Facilitate hands-on labs and project mentoring for real-world problem-solving.
• Administer project-based assessments and exams, provide feedback.
• Guide students through Kaggle, HackerRank, and LeetCode for applied problem-solving.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and remedial support.

Revature India is seeking an accomplished Trainer to join its AI First Academy as a full-time faculty, embedded at a flagship partner university campus in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a high-impact, institution-facing role that sits at the intersection of applied technology and transformational pedagogy.

The Trainer will own the end-to-end design and delivery of Python Programming and Generative AI programmes across student cohorts. Working as a trainer, the incumbent will build structured learning pathways — from AI Foundations to advanced AI courses for Computer Science and other departments — while delivering measurable AI literacy outcomes across the institution.

• Own and continuously improve the AI Foundations curriculum delivered to college students across departments, ensuring coverage of core concepts and facilitate structured assessments

Governance & Thought Leadership:

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learning progress in line with institutional reporting requirements.
• Establish guidelines and build awareness of the ethical and responsible use of AI tools by students
• Manage the provisioning and usage monitoring of cloud resources and LLM tokens, ensuring equitable access and responsible consumption across student cohorts.
• Monitor global trends in AI, education technology- regularly upskill and incorporate into the courses.

Qualification and Experience:

• Active certifications in AI/ML — e.g., Google AI, DeepLearning.AI, Microsoft Azure AI, etc
• Published research, blog contributions, or conference presentations in AI or AI-in-education.
